Ever wondered what it’s like to be immersed in the African wilderness? Have you dreamt of being surrounded by a herd of elephants? Well look no further. WildEarth — The TV channel will transport you to the depths of Africa. Sit on the back of an open-top jeep whilst an expert ranger takes you on the ride of your life.

WildEarth.TV is a wildlife channel broadcast directly from Djuma Game Reserve which borders the world famous Kruger National park in South Africa. However, this is no ordinary channel. There is no editing and certainly no rehearsals. Everything you see is either LIVE or filmed that day.

WildEarth provides you with an opportunity to feel that you have escaped your city life and are bouncing along on an open safari vehicle in search of lions, elephants, leopards and other iconic African species. This channel is also available in 3D which enables you to feel like you can reach out and touch the elephant's trunk as it stretches towards your vehicle creating a true immersive adventure.

With an expert presenter to lead you on this journey of discovery and introduce you to the regular bush characters, you are able to ask questions in real time and share in the answers. We know the animals in these reserves personally and you can witness their lives unfold via Facebook fan pages. You can connect with viewers from all around the world and share their experiences via our social networks.

There are two LIVE game drives a day, one in Africa’s early morning and one in the afternoon. The rest of the day is filled with repeats from that day or the day before. Nothing you watch has ever been filmed longer than 24 hours before.

For those of you that cannot catch every 3 hour safari there is a daily safari.tv diary to make sure that you keep up with the unfolding narrative at Djuma Game Reserve. This three minute round up is perfect for those people with a hectic schedule.

Safari

Safari

WildEarth Safari broadcasts LIVE safaris daily from the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger National Park in South Africa. The safari consists of a Presenter/Expert Ranger who drives around the reserve looking for animals both big and small. A camera person sits on the back of the safari vehicle and their camera is your eyes. This gives a fantastic feeling of actually being on the back of the vehicle as it bumps through the splendid African bush.

Pete’s Pond

Pete’s Pond

With a bit of patience you can expect to see anything from elephants coming for a drink to a Monitor lizard roaming the side of the Pond. And from the antics of vervet monkeys and baboons to fishing Hamerkop birds.
